You must be 18+ and legally capable. Use the site lawfully. All trip requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Before booking, we provide complete information per Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991: seller details, services, price, payment, cancellation/refund, warranty. Contract forms only on our written confirmation.

Prices are as shown; we may change them before confirmation. Payment methods are at checkout. You bear bank fees.

Cancellations and refunds follow the policy provided before booking and the Consumer Protection Law No. 1023-XII. We are not liable for indirect losses, except as law requires. Your statutory rights are not limited.

We process personal data and use cookies with your consent or as strictly necessary, under Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2698-IX dated 20.10.2022 and Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX dated 16.12.2020.

Advertising is identifiable and not misleading, per Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996. We comply with Google Ads misrepresentation policies.

Where we act as tour operator, we comply with Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995, including financial guarantee and tourist information requirements.

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes go to Ukrainian courts, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
