Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Policy applies to festival trip requests made on nexusblendin.com and forms part of the distance contract concluded under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991.

1. Scope and Legal Basis

Distance contracts via nexusblendin.com are governed by Law No. 1023-XII and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015. Before any transaction we provide full identification data, trip description, price, delivery terms, refund and warranty conditions.

2. Cancellation by the Traveller

More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
15–30 days: 50% refund.
7–14 days: 25% refund.
Less than 7 days: no refund.

Requests must be sent from the email used for the booking to contact@nexusblendin.com.

3. Changes and No-Show

Date or name changes are subject to availability and a fee of UAH 500 per change. No-show: no refund and no credit.

4. Cancellation by the Organizer

If the organizer cancels, travellers receive a full refund of amounts paid or a substitute offer of equal value.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of approval, subject to Law No. 1023-XII.
