1. Scope
This policy applies to all event tickets offered or facilitated through nexusblendin.com.
2. Sourcing and authorization
Tickets are obtained only from official organizers, authorized agents or licensed resale channels. We do not knowingly list tickets acquired through unauthorized means.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized resale, scalping or price manipulation.
- Using automated scripts ("bots") to buy inventory.
- Submitting false buyer or payment data.
- Reselling tickets where the organizer or the law forbids transfer.
4. Organizer terms and availability
All tickets remain subject to the event organizer's terms, admission rules, age limits and cancellation or postponement decisions. Availability, seating and prices are confirmed only at checkout and may change before then.
5. Consumer information
Before any distance contract we provide seller identification, a description of the service, the total price, the delivery method and refund terms, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991, and identification data under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.
6. Refunds and admission
Where an event is cancelled or materially changed, remedies follow the organizer's rules and applicable law. Tickets obtained unlawfully may be voided without refund.
7. Advertising
Promotional content is identifiable as advertising and is not misleading, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996.
8. Data and cookies
Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2698-IX dated 20.10.2022. Cookies and access to terminal equipment are used under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX dated 16.12.2020.
