This Privacy Policy explains how nexusblendin.com ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you submit a trip request or browse our website. We comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2698-IX dated 20.10.2022 (the "Data Protection Law").

2. Data We Collect

We collect data you provide in trip request forms: name, email, phone, travel dates, destinations, number of travellers, preferences. We also collect technical data via cookies (see Section 5).

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

• To respond to your trip request and prepare a travel offer — based on your consent and pre-contractual steps.
• To comply with e-commerce and consumer information duties under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991.
• To meet tourism law obligations, including financial guarantees, under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995.
• To send marketing only with your separate opt-in consent.

4. Cookies and Electronic Communications

We store or access information on your device (cookies) only with your consent, except where strictly necessary for communication. This is required by the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX dated 16.12.2020. You can manage cookies in your browser.

5. Sharing and Transfers

We share data with travel suppliers and IT providers only as needed, under contracts. We do not sell your data. Transfers outside Ukraine occur only with safeguards or your consent.

6. Retention

We keep request data for up to 3 years after last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., accounting).

7. Your Rights
