How a request works

Send the festival name. We build the trip around it.

One request covers the whole route: the train or bus from your city, the stay, the transfer between the station and the festival grounds, and a group that travels at your pace. No separate bookings to juggle.

  1. 01

    You send the request

Festival, dates, departure city, and how many people are travelling.

  2. 02

We reply with a route plan

Departure station, travel time in hours and minutes, number of changes, and the backup route if the border queue runs long.

  3. 03

You confirm and pay the deposit

We hold the seats and the beds once the deposit lands. Balance is due before departure.

  4. 04

    Documents arrive a week before

Meeting point, contact number of your group lead, and a packing list for the campsite.

Tell us the trip you want

Fill in the required fields. We reply within one working day with a route, a per-person price and the travel time from your departure station.

Draft request: add your city and group size.

Before you send

What your price covers, and what it does not

Four notes that answer what travellers ask us most often before a request goes out.

  1. Taxes and service fees are included

Every per-person figure we quote includes taxes and service fees unless a specific line says otherwise. Nothing extra is added at the end.

  2. Travellers must be 18 or older

Each person on the trip must be at least 18 on the departure date. Night buses, festival gates and shared stays are planned around adult travellers. See the Age Eligibility Policy.

  3. Event dates, times, and lineup are subject to change

Organisers move dates and swap acts. Your route, border window and stay are built to absorb that, and we confirm the final schedule with you before departure. Details sit in the Travel Disclaimer.

  4. We do not sell or resell festival tickets

nexusblendin.com plans travel, stays and logistics. Tickets stay in your own name and you buy them directly from the organiser. Read the Ticket Policy.
