Every route on this calendar is quoted with the departure station, the travel time in hours and minutes, and the number of changes. These three notes are what move an arrival time most.

Missed connection protocol

  1. Message the trip lead in the group chat within 10 minutes of a delayed arrival.
  2. The lead confirms the next departure from the same station or the nearest hub.
  3. We handle the rebooking and keep your seat class where one exists.
  4. If the last connection of the day is gone, we book a bed and rejoin the group at the next stop.

Backup route notes

  • Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi to Lviv, then a night coach to the festival gate, 1 change.
  • Lviv to the border on the morning train, with the transfer coach held until the group clears customs.
  • The return leg keeps a 3 hour buffer before the last onward train to Kyiv.
